Videos for Sustainability Projects

In the long history of our studio Panebarco, themes such as Sustainability and Green Economy have always been embedded within our DNA. Among videos for European agencies, initiatives for schools, but also our own original productions for cinema and TV, we have carried out numerous projects focused on environmental protection in all its forms.

The Sack of Energy (medium-length film, 2010)

Medium-length film – 3d animation – Musical – Based on a comics by Daniele Panebarco

In 2010, we produced a 38-minute film of The Sack of Energy, which is an animated fairy tale with a narration voiceover and original music by Maestro Luciano Titi. This early version was screened in theaters all over Italy with an actor and musicians playing live.

At the moment we are developing a full-length feature film script with dialogues and songs.

Among all the videos produced for European agencies, the European Food Information Council (EUFIC) requested us a motion graphics video for Smartchain, a project co-financed by the European Union which has the ambition to further support the development of collaborative short food supply chains and promote a more favourable framework for sustainable, local, healthier and ethically produced food in Europe.

BeSustainable!

BeSustainable! is the portal of Legacoop Emilia-Romagna dedicated to sustainability and the goals of the UN’s 2030 Agenda, where cooperation plays a leading role.

The video was co-financed by Regione Emilia-Romagna and involved territorial realities like ASviS, Impronta Etica and Rete Bellacoopia, in addiction to Legacoop Emilia-Romagna.

A video providing an overview of the many opportunities offered by WormApp, an innovative platform both physical and technological for effectively managing and enhancing cities. Among the features offered are service management, last mile delivery, waste sorting, and Smart City solutions.

The nursery rhymes were written by the students of the Istituto Comprensivo Vincenzo Randi, Ravenna, Italy

One of our many videos produced for schools! This project actively involved 227 students, 17 teachers and the Parents’ Associationof the Istituto Comprensivo Vincenzo Randi, Ravenna, Italy.

It was promoted and supported by the MultiCenter CEAS (Ravenna Agenda 21) of the Municipality of Ravenna, co-financed by the Italian Ministry for Environment, in collaboration with RES – Reliable Environmental Solutions of Ravenna.

This cartoon synthesizes the goals and outcomes of the entire project, presenting them as a training and awareness tool for everyone, both adults and children, on the theme of “energy all around us”.

Eng: With one orange and another

Like the previous video, these cartoons aim at introducing elementary school children to solidarity economy and were co-produced by RESSUD and national “gruppi di acquisto solidale“, in collaboration with Gruppo Scuole SIP.

Gruppi di acquisto solidale” (Eng: “ethical purchasing groups”) are Italian-based no-profit organizations with the goal of purchasing goods collectively for the economically disadvantaged.

E se l’api fussi lavativa? was included in the Siciliambiente Festival 2014 Official Selection.
